My portfolio is available by clicking the preceding link. [N.B. My portfolio is currently on hiatus while I compile a backlog of content and determine what route I want to see the site take moving forward.]

As you may know, I am currently working as the special sections reporter with the Edmonton Sun.

With the Sun, my tasks include producing the weekly Homes Extra section, as well as contributing to and helping produce various other regular or special sections, including Autonet, Snow Scene, and any other section as requested by various advertisers.

I took over this position in early October 2014, following nearly four years with the Great West Newspapers chain, working with the Westlock News and the Barrhead Leader.

My time with the Westlock News lasted more than three years starting in December 2010, split up with a brief, nine-month sojourn with the Barrhead Leader through the fall, winter and spring of 2011-2012. All told I have been in north-central Alberta for nearly four years now.

Before moving to Alberta, I spent about four months in 2009 with the Meadow Lake Northern Pride in the city of Meadow Lake, Sask.

I have decided to compile this online portfolio to give future prospective employers a chance to see more of my work than what I send them in my application packages. It will also serve as a repository of some of my work, as an evolving collection.

Since I know some of you may actually have some say in possibly employing me as I progress through my journalism career, I shall provide for you the link to it. I highly encourage you all to peruse it.
