OK, let’s get this done. Only three this time. Sorry.
Nov. 5 – No photo.
Nov. 6 – No photo.
Nov. 7 – No photo.
Nov. 8 – No photo.
Nov. 9 – I grabbed this at a school expo. For those of you based in Ontario, it’s similar to the Ontario University Fair. The main difference is that here there are employers in addition to post-secondary institutions. Attending the expo also gave me cause to write a column that FINALLY prompted a letter from a reader. It’s about time!
Nov. 10 – These uniforms were lent to the TD Canada Trust for the bank’s recognition of Remembrance Day. Why were they on display on Nov. 10 and not Nov. 11? Well, it seems Remembrance Day is a holiday in Alberta. While I am not opposed to the idea, it’s just another reason Alberta is weird, in my opinion.
Nov. 11 – Remembrance Day. Here we have the Cadets marching from the Legion to the high school for the ceremony. It was raining, so I wasn’t happy to be outside. But the rain was oddly appropriate for the day.
And that’s it for another week of photos, however weak the collection was.
